-SHIPPING POLICY-

Your order will be ready to ship from our studio in 1-3 business days and will then be shipped via First Class USPS. This does not include the amount of time it will take for USPS to deliver the package to you. We do not ship on the weekends or any days that the USPS is closed. Remember that shipping during any holiday may add additional time for USPS to deliver. We do not ship internationally. We ship only within the continental USA.

If you need faster delivery, please contact us before checking out so that we can discuss your needs. Express shipping is available for an additional cost.

A tracking number is provided for your package and you will be notified via email when your order is shipped.

We will ship your order after payment has been cleared.

If you need to cancel your order, let us know as soon as possible, so we can cancel the transaction. Once the package is in the possession of the USPS, we can no longer cancel the order.

 

-RETURNS or EXCHANGES-

We want you to have pendants that you will wear and use, so we will work with you to decide if a return or exchange is appropriate. The Essential Team will determine the final outcome of a wanted return or exchange.

A return or exchange must be submitted within the first 30 days after purchase. The product must be undamaged & returned in the original packaging.

If you want to exchange a product for a different product that does not have the same price or made by the same artist (Laura or Maree are our artists) then it will be treated as a return. You can return the product and then purchase the other product that you wanted.

The customer pays for shipping the product back to us.

-DAMAGED PRODUCT-

Essential Pendants are ceramic and will break or chip if not handled carefully.

If your Essential Pendant is damaged during wearer use we can do our best to help you purchase a new pendant that is similar to the one that was damaged.

If your Essential Pendant or Pendants are damaged during shipment please contact us within 5 days by filling out the damaged product form below.
